Insert a scale bar to the layout to inform the viewer of the scale.
In this exercise, you will:
  • Insert a scale bar to the layout.
  • Select the appropriate scale bar units.

    1. Go to "Insert"

    2. Select "Scale Bar"

    3. From the “Scale Bar Selector” box select an appropriate scale bar

    4. Click the “Properties” button and Select the "Scale and Units" tab

    5. Select (Division Units, Label Units to desired units (miles, feet, etc.)

    6. Press "OK"
