II. a. Opening the tools toolbar

Different tools are needed to handle the data
This exercise will help you:
  • Add the tool if they are not visible in the toolbar by following these steps (see the video):

  • Open the “Tools” toolbar by [Left] Clicking “Views” >> Toolbars

  • [Left] Click “Tools” from the drop-down menu IF it is not currently turned on (Toolbars are on when a checkmark is shown to the left of the toolbar name in the list)

  • The “Tools” toolbar is now added to the view

  • Drag it to an appropriate location on the screen
